Depot prompt that follows the officer, on qs-textui

With qs-textui, the depot prompt kept whichever wording the officer walked up with, so getting into a car next to it still said to get in a vehicle. It now updates as they get in and out, leaves nothing behind when the resource stops, and no longer depends on starting after qs-textui.

Preset dates follow the language the editor is running in

The date on a saved lights preset, and the month and weekday names in the date picker, were English whatever language the editor was set to. Both now follow the same language as the rest of the interface, in all fifteen translations.

Version bump to stay in step with the suite

Nothing in qs-police-veh-creator changed. Its version moves with the rest of the suite so that every resource reports the same number, which is what the in-game updater compares against.

Hungarian translation

The vehicle editor is now available in Hungarian. Nothing else in this resource changed, so this update can wait for whenever you next restart.

Server-side validation for lights and siren, plus rebindable keys

The lights editor now validates light and siren changes on the server, so other players can no longer alter your vehicle or sound your siren. Adds rebindable siren/tone/airhorn keys and brings the editor's look in line with the tablet's themes.
