Quasar Matrix arrives: share and install department setups, penal codes, station locations, tablet themes, lightbar presets, award catalogues and radio plans with other servers, from Admin → Quasar Matrix. The server now checks the MDT module behind every citizen, licence, report, fine and evidence action, closing an SQL injection and several ways for any player to grant licences, write fines or change outfit lockers. Jobs can hide tablet blocks, manage only some licences and rename labels, shops, garages and dealers can require duty and licences, fined citizens are told, and the tablet prop, copy buttons, off-duty blips and CARNOTFOUND names are fixed.
The lights editor now validates light and siren changes on the server, so other players can no longer alter your vehicle or sound your siren. Adds rebindable siren/tone/airhorn keys and brings the editor's look in line with the tablet's themes.

LatestQuasar Matrix: install and share whole dealerships and catalogues
LatestQuasar Matrix, server-side permission checks and per-job tablet content
[05] Timeline
The whole catalogue's history, newest first.
The creator's window has a new Quasar Matrix section: install whole dealerships and vehicle catalogues other servers shared — counter, grounds, every point, settings, price list, forecourt cars and furniture — keep them up to date with one button, and publish your own. Plus a step-by-step Catalogue guide for building and pricing your catalogue in a spreadsheet.

A big round of fixes. The test drive no longer drives into a wall and waits properly when its point is taken; finance, hire and the waiting list appear in the showroom again; a plate can no longer be sold twice; promotions are actually shown on the car; staff can attend customers at every dealership; hired cars are handed back with a key; boats are delivered on the water; and guided tours draw on top again. Also included: private showrooms per customer, working sales-desk offers, a creator that no longer freezes and ESX tables without a job column.
Everything players do at your dealerships can now be posted to your Discord as an embed — every sale, test drive, hire, staff change, till movement, restock run, admin edit and refusal, 47 kinds in all, each routed to the channel you choose, with the player, the car and its picture, the plate and the amount, in your server's language. An owned shop can have a Discord channel of its own, set by its owner. The player's own HUD is hidden while they are in a showroom, a window or a test drive, and every notification the script shows over the game can go through the notification system your server already uses — qs-interface, okokNotify, Brutal, Wasabi, Lation UI, your framework's own and more. Also: a rebuilt framing panel for the catalogue photo tool, no more white flashes while photographing, and a counter salesperson that no longer stands sunk into the floor.
qs-dealership 3.0.0 replaces qs-vehicleshop 2.x with a script written from scratch. Showrooms put a real car in front of the customer with a scripted camera, a paint shop and a one-card checkout that takes any currency. Dealerships can be owned by players or jobs, with ranks, a till, a sales ledger, a sales desk and restock runs driven by a crew. Test drives, finance, buyback, hire and reservations are all built in and each ships switched off. Every dealership — its counter, grounds, preview spots and the furniture and cars on its forecourt — is placed in-game with a freecam and a gizmo, and every behaviour is a setting changed live from an in-game panel. There is no SQL to import: the first boot builds the tables and opens eight stocked dealerships.
The "[E] Collect evidence" prompt used ox_lib's corner panel even on servers running qs-textui. It now shows as a qs-textui label over the evidence you are pointing at, and falls back to ox_lib's panel when qs-textui is not running.
Nothing in qs-police-alerts changed. Its version moves with the rest of the suite so that every resource reports the same number, which is what the in-game updater compares against.
Nothing in qs-police-props changed. Its version moves with the rest of the suite so that every resource reports the same number, which is what the in-game updater compares against.
With qs-textui, the depot prompt kept whichever wording the officer walked up with, so getting into a car next to it still said to get in a vehicle. It now updates as they get in and out, leaves nothing behind when the resource stops, and no longer depends on starting after qs-textui.
On a server with qs-textui, garage labels no longer freeze on screen after you walk away, and every other interaction prompt in the suite — shops, storage, evidence racks, fine desks, lockers, K9 kennels, dealers, placed props — now uses qs-textui instead of ox_lib's corner panel. Garage points cost noticeably less in resmon, officers get their keys again with qs-vehiclekeys, the citizen file lists every weapon a player owns, and fines paid on ESX reach the society account.
Nothing in qs-police-evidence changed. Its version moves with the rest of the suite so that every resource reports the same number, which is what the in-game updater compares against.
Nothing in qs-police-alerts changed. Its version moves with the rest of the suite so that every resource reports the same number, which is what the in-game updater compares against.
Paying a fine used to take the citizen's money and credit it nowhere; it now lands in the bank account of the job that wrote the ticket, through whichever banking script your server runs. Every date and every 'x minutes ago' in the tablet also follows the officer's language instead of staying English in all fifteen translations. A new admin page owns the money settings and can prove, with one button, that a deposit really arrives.
The date on a saved lights preset, and the month and weekday names in the date picker, were English whatever language the editor was set to. Both now follow the same language as the rest of the interface, in all fifteen translations.
Nothing in qs-police-props changed. Its version moves with the rest of the suite so that every resource reports the same number, which is what the in-game updater compares against.
Nothing in qs-police-veh-creator changed. Its version moves with the rest of the suite so that every resource reports the same number, which is what the in-game updater compares against.

Operations are now drawn and edited directly on the map instead of typed into a form, and dispatch gains a searchable Assign Unit that shows how far each officer is from the call, right-click menus on calls and officers, and a new per-grade permission letting supervisors move other people between callsigns. Three long-standing bugs are fixed along the way: officers showing as available while on a call, the tablet opening a default page on top of your open windows, and the heatmap crashing the whole MDT. The dispatch tablet also stops re-rendering itself every five seconds.
