Apartments gives every new character a home from the first minute. A player picks a building, walks through the door into a private interior and makes it theirs: a stash locked with a vault code, a wardrobe, a phone charger, and almost a thousand pieces of furniture placed with a free camera and a gizmo. Friends ring the doorbell to be let in, dust and rubbish pile up while somebody is home, and the cleaning robot bought for the living room goes round and sweeps it up.
It is built to replace qb-apartments without touching the scripts around it. Apartments answers the same events, provides qb-apartments and qbx_apartments, and hands its list of buildings to Multicharacter, qb-spawn and Qbox so a new character chooses a first home at spawn. It runs on ESX, QBCore and Qbox, detects your inventory, clothing script and target on its own, and ships in 41 languages.

Area | Details |
|---|---|
Buildings | Five apartment buildings across Los Santos out of the box — South Rockford Drive, Morningwood Blvd, Integrity Way, Tinsel Towers and Fantastic Plaza — each with a blip, a price, a picture and an interior tier. Add as many as you like. |
Interiors | Four shell tiers from the bundled K4MB1 Starter Shells, spawned for each visit in the apartment's own routing bucket. A player who logs out at home logs back in at home. |
Storage | A stash, a wardrobe and a phone charger, each placed by the owner wherever they want it, plus storage furniture with a stash of its own. Any stash can be locked behind a 4-digit vault code. |
Visitors | A doorbell at the entrance lists who is home in that building; the resident opens the door from the inside. |
Decorating | 40 categories and almost a thousand models — 447 pieces plus their colour variants — placed with a free camera, a mouse-drag mode and a translate/rotate gizmo. Pieces can be put away, brought back out or sold. |
Housekeeping | Rubbish and dust appear while somebody is home. Sweep it up with a broom, or buy a cleaning robot that roams the room, cleans it and drives back to its dock. |
Furniture Creator | Admins add new props in game — model, price, stash or wardrobe, colour variants — with a photo booth that shoots the thumbnail and uploads it to FiveManage. |
Integrations | ESX, QBCore and Qbox; eight inventories; thirteen clothing scripts; ox_target, qb-target or qtarget; starter homes through Multicharacter and qb-spawn; phone chargers; Advanced Inventory quests. |

Driving it from your own scripts? A phone app can ask whether the player is at home, another resource can add furniture to the catalogue, and a spawn selector can hand out a starter apartment through the same event the built-in menus use. See Commands and Exports.
