Commands#
Darts registers two everyday commands and four calibration tools. All of them are typed in the in-game chat.
Command | Who | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Creator permission | Opens the Dartboard Creator: place, edit, price, delete and teleport to boards. |
| Anyone in a game | Resigns the current game. In a duel the opponent wins the game and the pot. The same as |
| Creator permission, debug on | Calibrates the rings on the nearest board: the face, the bullseye, the size and the rotation. |
| Creator permission, debug on | Calibrates the throwing line and the throwing camera. |
| Creator permission, debug on | Calibrates the dart held in front of the camera and the dart stuck in the board. |
| Creator permission, debug on | Calibrates the dart other players see in the thrower's hand, on a sample NPC. |
The four calibration tools exist only while Config.Debug = true — with it off they are not registered at all. They work on the board nearest to you within 15 m, close when you type the same command again or press Backspace, and print their values to the F8 console on the way out. How to use them together is in Usage.

| Print the values in F8, ready to paste into |
| Close the tool. The values are printed in F8 on the way out. |
/dartsdebug — the rings
The rings the server scores against are drawn over the nearest board — bull, outer bull, treble, double and the board's edge, each in its own colour — with two white lines bounding the 20. Move them until they sit exactly on the rings printed on the board.
Key | Changes |
|---|---|
| The bullseye up and down — |
| The bullseye sideways — |
| How far the face sits from the wall — |
| Shrink or grow every ring — |
| Rotate the sectors so the 20 is at the top — |
/dartsoche — the line and the camera
You are put on the throwing line, frozen, looking through the throwing camera with a dart where it will float. A blue marker shows where you stand, a yellow line runs to the bullseye, and a green one shows which way the board faces. Tab switches between PED and CAMERA. If something blocks the line, the panel warns how long it will really be in a game.
Key | PED | CAMERA |
|---|---|---|
| Distance from the board — | Behind or in front of you — |
| Sideways — | Over which shoulder — |
| Turn the player — | Look higher or lower — |
| — | Height — |
| — | Field of view — |
/dartsdart — the darts
Two darts appear: one floating in front of the throwing camera, as you hold it, and one stuck in the bullseye. Tab switches between them.
Key | Floating | Stuck |
|---|---|---|
| Yaw — | Yaw — |
| Pitch — | Tilt — |
| Height — | How far it pokes out — |
| Sideways — | — |
| Distance from the camera — | Roll — |
/dartshand — the dart in the hand
A sample NPC stands on the throwing line in the throwing pose, a dart in its right hand — exactly what other players see while you aim. Tab switches between POSITION and ROTATION.
Key | POSITION | ROTATION |

In both modes Z / X slide the dart along itself, deeper into or further out of the hand, and A / D orbit the camera around the NPC.
For Developers#
Darts has no exports. Everything another resource needs comes from a replicated state bag and from the bridge files.
Is this player playing darts?#
While a player is in a game, their ped carries qdarts_playing = true. It is replicated, so the server and every client can read it — useful to keep a phone call, a robbery, an emote menu or an arrest from interrupting a game.
-- server
local ped = GetPlayerPed(source)
if Entity(ped).state.qdarts_playing then
return -- busy playing darts
end
-- client
if Entity(PlayerPedId()).state.qdarts_playing then
return
endDarts reads it too: a player whose ped carries it cannot start another game or be challenged.
The bridge functions#
Function | Side | Decides |
|---|---|---|
| Server | Entry fees, stakes and payouts. Overridable from the config with |
| Server | Who may use the creator and the calibration tools. |
| Server | The name on the scoreboard, in the opponent list and on a challenge. |
| Client | Messages, hiding the HUD during a game, and the board prompts. |
Examples for each are in Integrations.
