Housing Creator (qs-housing) is the complete FiveM housing script by Quasar Store for ESX, QBCore, Qbox and standalone servers. Players buy, rent or mortgage houses and apartments, decorate them piece by piece, hand out keys, pay their bills, keep a pet in the garden and order furniture that a delivery worker carries to the door. Real estate agents and admins build every property in game — shell, IPL or MLO — from one tablet, and player-run real estate agencies list and sell them.
Nothing about a house is typed into a file. Its zone, door, interior, garage, garbage bin and photos are placed in game with a free camera, and the server ships with 421 ready-made houses across Vinewood, Mirror Park, Sandy Shores, Paleto Bay and more that you can import in one SQL file.

What it does#
Area | Details |
|---|---|
House creator | A tablet for admins and real estate jobs. Draw the property zone, place the door, pick a shell, an IPL or a real MLO, add a garage, a garbage bin and a delivery point, take listing photos — all in game. Apartment buildings with up to 50 units, island and house-model props included. |
Buying and renting | A property hub with photos and a timed visit, contracts with broker, bank and tax fees, mortgages paid in instalments, monthly rent, player-to-player sales, transfers and selling back to the bank. |
Living in it | Keys and physical key items, a doorbell and door camera, stash and wardrobe, utility bills that cut the lights, house music, cooking, beds that heal, a telescope and Aura Voice — push-to-talk voice commands for the house (not an AI). |
Decoration | Around 450 pieces of furniture placed with a 3D gizmo and free camera, storage furniture, lights you can colour, wall art and rugs from any image, a furniture shop with delivery to the door, and a creator for your own props. |
Home systems | Dust and garbage that builds up over time, a robot vacuum, an indoor thermometer with air conditioners and fireplaces, and companion pets with needs, levels and fetch. |
Upgrades | Alarm, security cameras, motion sensor, vault codes, extra furniture slots, custom doorbell, voice assistant, wall art, rugs, restful beds and a companion animal. |
Real estate agencies | Player-run agencies with ranks, members, a stash, a wardrobe, finances and listings that owners hand over for the agency to sell or rent. |
Crime and police | Lockpick robberies, furniture you can steal and fence, police raids with a storm ram, and illegal furniture the police can remove. |
Integrations | 11 inventories, 19 garages, 16 clothing scripts, ox_target and qb-target, 8 phones with a housing app, 12 banking and society scripts, and an export API for banking, MyHome and VIP apps. |
Languages | 41 translations, from English and Spanish to Arabic, Japanese and Turkish. |
Driving it from your own scripts? A banking app can pay mortgages and rent, a VIP store can grant a house, and a character-delete script can clean up after itself, all through server exports. See Commands and Exports.
