Foundations Living is a pack of four FiveM MLO interiors built for job roleplay: a gardener's cabin in Cottage Park, an electrician's office inside the power plant, an electronics store and a lumberjack entrance with its own garage. Every one of them is a real, walk-in interior placed on the open map — no teleports, no loading screens — with its own rooms, lighting, collision and occlusion, so players drive up, open the door and start working.
Each location ships as its own map resource, so you install only the ones your server needs. There is no SQL, no config and no framework dependency: the maps run no code at all, which means they work the same on ESX, QBCore, Qbox, ox_core or a standalone server, and cost nothing on the resource monitor.
Where to start#
Page | What it covers |
|---|---|
Requirements, downloading the four maps from the CFX Portal, server.cfg and checking that they load. | |
Where each interior is, its coordinates, its rooms and the roleplay it was built for. | |
Turning the maps into working jobs: job scripts, door locks, targets, stashes, garages, shops and blips. | |
Escrow errors, invisible or flickering buildings, conflicts with other maps and texture loss — and what each one means. |
What is in the pack#

What every map shares#
Area | Details |
|---|---|
Real MLO interiors | Walk-in interiors on the open world, split into rooms with portals, so lighting, sound and visibility behave like a Rockstar interior. Nobody is teleported anywhere. |
Rebuilt exteriors | Each map replaces the original GTA V building at its location with a new one — model, collision and occlusion — so the outside matches the inside. |
Details that sell it | Lockers, work lamps and storage at the cabin; sparking wires with their own electric crackle at the power plant; sliding doors, a counter and modern TVs at the store; a hut, shutters and wood chips at the lumberjack yard. |
Performance | Pure streamed assets: no scripts, no threads, 0.00 ms. Clean layouts and neutral lighting keep FPS stable. |
Any framework | ESX, QBCore, Qbox, ox_core, ND or standalone. Plug in any job, shop, door lock or garage script by coordinates. |
Delivered by Cfx.re | Protected with the Cfx.re asset escrow and downloaded from the CFX Portal with the account that bought it. |

Turning a map into a job? The maps have no commands or exports of their own — they are the place, your scripts are the gameplay. Integrations shows where to put duty points, stashes, garages and blips.
