Fishing Job turns fishing into a whole career for your FiveM server. A player charges a cast with a power meter, watches the float, strikes on the bite and fights the fish with the camera — then holds it up, weighs it against their record and decides whether to keep it or let it go. Around that rod sit four more ways to fish — rented boats, crab traps that soak while you are away, trawl nets dragged behind the boat and a speargun for sharks — plus campfires and a sardine-grill boat to cook the catch and sell it.
What separates it from every other fishing script is that the water matters. Depth decides what lives there, so the best fish are out where you need a boat; every catch has a real weight, a quality and a record to beat; and fishing is social — crews of four on shared missions, daily tournaments, golden zones that pull everyone to the same stretch of sea, and leaderboards that pay out every day and every month. Every setting is edited in game from one admin panel, and the database builds itself on first start.

What it does#
Area | Details |
|---|---|
Rod fishing | A power-meter cast, a timed strike and a reel-in fought with the camera, with line tension that snaps. Every catch is shown on the line, weighed and graded — keep it, or release it for more experience. |
Depth and fish | 25 species across four depth bands, from roach in the shallows to swordfish in the abyss. Favourite baits, real weights, trophies and personal records for every species. |
Rods and tackle | Five rods and a 3D tackle box with four slots for bait, hooks, reels and lines — eight kinds of bonus, and the better the rod, the likelier it snaps. |
Five ways to fish | Shore and boat casting, four tiers of rented boat with an anchor, crab traps that keep soaking through restarts, three trawl nets that fill by distance sailed, and spearfishing for sharks with an air tank. |
Cooking | Campfires anyone can cook on, turned with the mouse, and an espeto grill boat — a small skewer business with NPC and player customers. |
Crews and missions | Crews of up to four on shared missions, a live tracker, a fisher outfit on duty and full or split payouts — plus a shark hunt that only exists while it is taken. |
Events | Scheduled and random tournaments for the heaviest fish and the most fish, and golden zones that make a stretch of sea fish far better for a while. |
Progression | Endless levels with perks, an achievement for every species plus fourteen milestones, and five leaderboards with daily and monthly prizes. |
Economy | A shop for gear and boats, and a fish market that pays by weight on ox_inventory — every price checked on the server. |
Admin panel | Every setting edited in game with search and help text, saved to the database, and events started or stopped on demand. |
Compatibility | ESX, QBCore and Qbox; ox_inventory, qs-inventory and qb-inventory; ox_target and qb-target; eleven vehicle key scripts. |
Languages | Eight complete translations: EN · IT · ES · FR · PT · DE · RU · TR. |
Driving it from your own scripts? A buyer NPC can trade only with working fishers, a job centre can refuse a second job during a mission, and a radial menu can open the job panel or the tackle box with one export. See Commands and Exports.
