City Builder lets your staff decorate the whole map from inside the game. Open the builder, fly a free camera to any street, rooftop, beach or interior, pick a prop from a catalogue of hundreds of furniture pieces sorted by room, and drop it exactly where you want it — dragged with the mouse or moved with 3D gizmo handles. Every object you place is saved to the database and appears for every player on the server, live, without a restart.
Placed props are not just scenery. Washing machines, fridges and cabinets become working stashes, wardrobes open your clothing script, spotlights cast real light, and any prop can fire your own event. And when the catalogue runs short, the Furniture Creator adds new props in game — with a built-in photo studio that shoots the thumbnail for you and uploads it to FiveManage.

What it does#
Area | Details |
|---|---|
World decoration | Place props anywhere on the map from a free camera. Every placement is saved, synced to every player instantly and streamed in only near the player, so a decorated city stays light. |
Two editors | A mouse mode that drags the prop over any surface, and a gizmo mode with translate and rotate handles in world or local space, snap to ground and a camera that orbits the selected prop. |
Furniture catalogue | 38 categories and more than 440 priced props — plus colour variants — sorted into Kitchen, Bathroom, Bedroom, Living and Garden, with search and thumbnails. |
Interactive props | Stashes with their own slots and weight, wardrobes that open your clothing script, spotlights that cast real light, dynamic doors that swing, and props that trigger any event you write. |
Object management | Every placed object listed in one panel: select it, move it, save its new location, put it away without deleting it, or sell it back for a share of its price. |
Furniture Creator | Add new props to any category in game — label, price, description, colour variants, stash or wardrobe behaviour — saved to the database and pushed to every player at once. |
Photo studio | A gradient studio where the prop spins in front of the camera; one key takes the thumbnail and uploads it to FiveManage. |
Economy | Optional: charge cash or bank for every prop and pay back a commission when it is sold — or switch money off and build for free. |
Compatibility | ESX, QBCore and Qbox; nine inventories and thirteen clothing scripts detected automatically. |
Languages | 27 translations, including EN · ES · FR · DE · PT · IT · RU · TR · AR · ZH. |

Driving it from your own scripts? Open the builder from a radial menu, pause your own keybinds while someone is decorating, or make a placed prop start your own job or mini-game. See Commands and Exports.
