Installation and Access#
The resource stops at start with a framework error
A healthy start prints [INFO] Successfully loaded the framework. If you get an error instead, no framework was found when Medical Creator started:
Move
ensure es_extended,qb-coreorqbx_coreaboveensure qs-medical-creator.Renamed framework? Set
Config.Frameworkby hand — see Integrations.Make sure
oxmysql,ox_liband OneSync are on.
/hospital_creator does nothing, or says I have no permission
Only framework admins and the jobs in Config.CreatorJobs get in. On ESX check your group is admin or superadmin; on QBCore and Qbox that you have the admin or god permission, or add_ace group.admin command allow in server.cfg. The console line creator:open No data returned from server means the same thing.
"Failed to create hospital" when saving
The database refused the row — almost always because esx.sql or qb.sql was never imported and the hospitals table does not exist. Import it from [sql] and restart.
The death screen, menu or creator never appears
The interface ships ready to use in web/build/. If it is missing or incomplete — a partial upload, or a folder removed by mistake — nothing can be drawn. Upload the resource again exactly as downloaded from the CFX Portal.
"Using standalone inventory, this is not recommended for production servers" every few seconds
No supported inventory was running when Medical Creator started. Start your inventory before it in server.cfg, or pin it with Config.Inventory. Until then the stash, the shop and the creator's item picker are empty.
Death, Respawn and Check-In#
Two death screens, or players respawn instantly
Another ambulance script is still running — esx_ambulancejob, qb-ambulancejob, qbx_medical or a spawn manager that auto-respawns. Remove it; only one resource may own death.
Players are dead again after reconnecting
That is intended: logging out does not escape death. Revive them with /revive [id]. On ESX, if the server logs an error about is_dead or ems_duty, the columns are missing — import esx.sql.
Players lose their inventory when they respawn
Config.RemoveItemsAfterRPDeath is on by default. Turn it off, or add the items to keep to Config.KeepItemsOnDeath. Players revived by a medic keep everything.
"You cannot check in because there are already X on duty"
The hospital's Max On Duty is reached: enough medics are working, so they should treat the player. Raise it, or set it to 0 for no limit, in the creator's Check-in section.
"You do not have enough money to check in"
Check-in is paid from the bank account, not cash. Respawning from the death screen is always free.
"Check-in not found. Possibly wrong created hospital."
The hospital has no complete check-in. Open it in /hospital_creator, switch on Check-in Settings, set the ped position, the default respawn location and the beds (or tick Disable Beds), and save.
Players never get a bed
Either every bed is taken, Disable Beds is ticked, or — when respawning from the death screen — the hospital's Respawn Point does not have Use Check-in Instead on. Add beds or turn that switch on.
EMS and Treatment#
"You are not an ambulance staff or you are not on duty" / F5 does nothing
The player's job must be in Config.Jobs. On QBCore and Qbox they must also be on duty. The menu does not open while the medic is down or another screen is focused. If F5 is taken by another script, players can rebind "Open Ambulance Menu" in the FiveM key bindings, or change Config.EMSMenuKey.
"You are not allowed to toggle duty." (ESX)
On ESX the duty point only brings back players who went off duty there — it is what remembers their EMS job and grade. Give a new medic the job with your admin menu; from then on they can go off and on duty freely.
"You do not have the item defib" (or medikit, sedative)
Revive needs a defib, Heal a medikit, Sedate a sedative. Make sure the items exist in your inventory (Inventory Items) and stock them in the EMS stash, the pharmacy or the medical bag.
"You must treat the patient before reviving them"
Config.ForceTreatmentForRevive is on: Diagnose the patient and treat every injured part first. Set it to false to allow reviving straight away.
"You are not using the correct equipment"
Each body part is treated for its worst injury first: tweezers for bleeding, then icepack for bruising, then burncream for burns.
The injury report shows no items, or broken pictures
It lists only the treatment items the medic is carrying. Broken pictures mean the images from [img] were not copied into your inventory's images folder.
"Boss menu system … is not supported" / "You are not the boss"
The boss point opens esx_society or qb-management; with neither running it has nothing to open. Being boss means the grade named boss on ESX, or a grade with isboss on QBCore.
"Inventory system … is not supported" at the pharmacy
Your inventory has no shop bridge (tgiann-inventory, or none detected). Add an OpenShop function to its file in client/custom/inventory/, or sell the items through another shop.
"Your bill script is not supported"
No billing resource was detected. Bill works with esx_billing, qb-billing, qs-billing and okokBilling started before Medical Creator.
Stretchers, Vehicles and Garages#
"This vehicle is not an ambulance"
Only models in Config.StretcherVehicleOffsets (config/stretcher.lua) carry a stretcher or patients. Add your ambulance model with its position and rotation — see Usage → The Stretcher.
"The stretcher of this ambulance has already been removed" / "This ambulance is already occupied"
Each ambulance holds one stretcher. Bring the one that is out back and load it, or use the stretcher item for another.
"You cannot drop the stretcher here"
Look at the floor a step in front of you before pressing E — the stretcher needs ground to land on.
"Stretcher could not sync" / "Vehicle is not networked"
The game could not create a synced object, usually because the area holds too many entities. Delete the stretcher, take the ambulance out again, or reconnect.
"No vehicles found for your grade" / "Spawn blocked"
The garage has no vehicle for the player's job grade — edit its vehicles in the creator and tick the grade. "Spawn blocked" means another vehicle is standing on the spawn point.
The Grades list is empty when adding a garage vehicle
The list shows the grades of the job you have while using the creator. Set yourself to the EMS job, reopen /hospital_creator and add the vehicle again.
"Vehicle model not found" in the console
The garage model is misspelled or not streamed on your server. Use the exact spawn name, and make sure an add-on ambulance is started before Medical Creator.
The Creator#
"The point you selected is not in the hospital area" / "Please first select zone points"
Draw the Location Zone first, and make it big and tall enough to contain every point — including the roof helipad and the garage spawn outside.
The zone stays red
It needs at least four corners and an outline at least Config.MinPointLength (70 m) long. Add corners further apart.
"Please fill all the fields" when saving
A required field is empty and marked in red. The usual ones: the Respawn Coordinates, a section that is switched on but has no position, or Check-in with no beds and Disable Beds unticked.
"You must complete the raycast before opening the creator"
A placement is still running. Finish it with left click (or Enter for a zone), or cancel with Backspace.
"target:addBoxZone :: coords is nil" in the console
A hospital has a point switched on with no position. Open it in /hospital_creator, place the missing point or switch the section off, and save.
Logs#
Nothing arrives in Discord
An empty webhook in server/webhooks.lua turns that channel off. Paste the full webhook URL and restart the resource.
Logs arrive without screenshots
Screenshots need screenshot-basic started and a FiveManage token in fivemanage.webhook. "Failed to get presigned url. Probably your fivemanage token is invalid" in the console means the token is wrong or expired.
Still stuck? Open a ticket and include your framework, your inventory, the
server.cfgorder and the server console from the momentqs-medical-creatorstarts.
