Binco Shops redesigns every budget clothing store in Los Santos and Blaine County. It is a FiveM clothing store MLO pack that gives 7 stores (the two Binco shops and the five Discount Stores) a new urban-style interior that players walk into from the street, with no teleport or loading screen. Clothing racks, mannequins, a watch display, ceiling spotlights and a large mirror that really reflects the player turn a plain GTA V shop into a place where clothing roleplay feels real.
All seven stores share one interior, so the store looks and works the same wherever a player shops. Each building is also remodelled on the outside to match: façade, signs, glass entrance and collisions. Every store stays in its original GTA V position, so the clothing shops your appearance or clothing script already has there keep pointing to the right place. It works on ESX, QBCore, Qbox and standalone servers because it is a map: there is no framework, database, config or dependency to set up.

What it does#
Area | Details |
|---|---|
7 clothing stores | Binco in Textile City and Vespucci Canals, and the Discount Stores in Strawberry, Grapeseed, Paleto Bay, Harmony and on Route 68 near Fort Zancudo. |
One redesigned interior | A new open sales floor of about 15 × 12 m, 3.4 m high, shared by every store, so players find the same layout wherever they shop. |
Fully furnished | Clothing racks and shelves, mannequins, a watch display, tray stands, storage boxes, a counter with two cash registers, spotlights and wall graphics, ready to open. |
A real mirror | A mirror almost 3 m wide that reflects players in real time, so they can see an outfit on their own character while they shop. |
Remodelled exteriors | Each building's façade, signs and glass entrance are redone to fit the new interior, with matching collisions and distant versions (LODs), so nothing of the old store shows through the windows. |
Working doors | A double glass front door and a second door inside every store, ready for the door locks in your door lock script. |
Any framework | A stream-only resource with no scripts. It runs on ESX, QBCore, Qbox or standalone with no database and no dependencies. |
Already running a clothing script? The stores keep their GTA V positions, so the shops your clothing script has at Binco and the Discount Stores usually keep working. The Map Guide lists every store so you can visit them one by one and check that each shop zone fits the new layout.
